Job Summary

Facilitate and mentor teams through organizational agile transformation, acting as a change agent and support for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a facilitator and mentor for agile transformation initiatives.
•Enable and run agile ceremonies and workshops with teams.
•Support cross-functional teams through practical agile transformation efforts.
•Use Jira and Confluence to support agile processes and delivery.
•Promote continuous improvement and collaborative, value-focused delivery as an agent of change.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, Lean, etc.)
•Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence
•Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops
•Experience in agile transformation processes with cross-functional teams
•Availability to work in a hybrid model
