Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Project Leader, organizing and directing efforts to achieve project objectives across capital, sustaining, reliability, regulatory compliance, and business development projects.
  • •Lead all phases of project execution, including scope definition, engineering coordination, scheduling, estimating, procurement, construction oversight, commissioning, and project closeout.
  • •Coordinate with Terminal Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Maintenance, Project Execution, Inspection, and EHS teams for safe, efficient, compliant delivery.
  • •Manage multiple capital and sustaining projects while meeting commercial, operational, safety, environmental, and regulatory objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain project documentation, design basis documents, scopes of work, execution plans, cost estimates, schedules, risk assessments, funding requests, and regulatory/inspection records.

Salary: USD 103,800 - 150,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Chemical) or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • •5-7 years of progressively responsible project management experience for industrial, terminal, marine, petrochemical, bulk material handling, energy, pipeline, storage, or related infrastructure facilities.
  • •Experience managing project scoping and estimating (e.g., work breakdown structures), cost and schedule control, design and construction management, and permitting.
  • •Working knowledge of applicable regulations (including DOT and OSHA) and applicable industry codes and standards (NEC, ASME, API, NFPA, ASCE, ACI, ASTM).
  • •Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook, plus basic understanding of tools like AutoCAD and MS Project/Visio.
