Job Summary

Lead a portfolio of technical AI specialists delivering Agentforce solutions in complex enterprise customer environments. Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow a blended team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists to deploy Agentforce solutions across enterprise customer environments.
•Own delivery execution through capacity planning, talent acquisition, staffing, and monitoring key delivery metrics and operational velocity.
•Serve as ultimate technical escalation for the portfolio, providing architectural judgment across the Salesforce platform, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration.
•Unblock enterprise implementations by tackling data readiness, tool integration, and multi-agent orchestration challenges, and standardizing repeatable delivery methodologies.
•Drive executive-level customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional alignment with Services, Account Success, and Product to move customers from pilot to production.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering or technical teams, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling talent.
•Advanced architectural depth across AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem, with hands-on experience in enterprise software implementation.
•Experience with enterprise data modeling, API integration, and deploying AI solutions in real customer environments.
•Direct, hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform, including orchestration to unblock enterprise scale.
•Exceptional executive-level communication and influence, including operating effectively with customer CTOs and enterprise architects.
