Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload trailers to ensure timely receipt of incoming shipments.
  • •Inspect incoming materials for quality, accuracy, and potential damage.
  • •Count and verify incoming items against bills of lading and packing slips.
  • •Transfer, replenish, and organize product within the distribution center and between facilities.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; escalate receiving or inventory concerns and communicate with internal teams and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
  • •Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with limited supervision.
  • •Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
  • •General PC knowledge and completion of Emerson-required powered industrial equipment training and certification (e.g., forklifts, standing crown pick trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
  • •Remain attentive to details, manage time, adapt to changing priorities, and complete tasks reliably.
