Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct telehealth medical clearance evaluations in accordance with SEV protocols and state regulations.
  • •Perform Good Faith Evaluations (GFEs) and assess client eligibility for treatment.
  • •Complete evaluations within required service timeframes and document all evaluations accurately and compliantly in SEV systems.
  • •Escalate complex or high-risk cases to clinical leadership and provide guidance for clients experiencing adverse events.
  • •Support assigned coverage hours and collaborate with Operations, Clinical, Compliance, Client Relations, and field teams to ensure safe, timely resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in California.
  • •Must hold a minimum of two (2) additional state licenses from: AZ, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, and WA.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • •Experience with telehealth, chart review, or medical oversight.
  • •Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, documentation practices, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
