Key Responsibilities

•Develop high‑quality embedded software for X‑Bat aircraft, from design through production, ensuring reliability and safety.
•Lead cross‑functional teams to create systems of software features for advanced robotic avionics capabilities.
•Own complex software capabilities from design to production, including architecture initiatives and reviews.
•Integrate software from multiple departments (firmware, software test & verification, Autonomy AI, Ground Control Stations) to create cohesive avionics systems.
•Design and implement test systems across environments (virtualized hardware, hardware‑in‑the‑loop) to thoroughly evaluate software functionality and performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 290,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong embedded software development (from BSP to complex applications) experience in C/C++.
•Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming and modern C++ features.
•Strong knowledge of embedded software, BSPs or other systems software components.
•Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and network protocols fundamentals.
•Demonstrated track record of assuming ownership over development processes and features and delivering outstanding outcomes.
