Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform a wide variety of office duties including coordinating meetings, typing, filing, phone coverage, customer greeting/direction, handling mail, and ordering/distributing supplies.
  • •Reconcile P-card spending and track anniversaries/birthdays; arrange travel and hotel accommodations as needed.
  • •Assist in preparation of management presentations and special projects.
  • •Track and ensure employees complete onboarding duties (system access, lockers/mailboxes, uniforms, badges, fingerprinting, training, etc.).
