Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of major and complex projects and programmes, accountable for scope, programme, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
  • •Establish project delivery strategies, governance structures, and execution plans to achieve project outcomes.
  • •Provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring integration across technical disciplines and design quality/compliance.
  • •Drive project planning, design management, risk management, reporting, governance, and performance monitoring processes.
  • •Lead client/stakeholder relationships and act as senior client interface, while mentoring project/design managers and supporting business development activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •15-20 years of experience within a leading design practice.
  • •Proven track record leading complex projects and programmes with significant commercial responsibility.
  • •Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing large-scale project delivery.
  • •Chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
