Job Summary

Support daily order management activities, including order entry, monitoring, updates, and routine issue resolution. Help investigate and escalate order exceptions, fulfillment issues, and master data discrepancies, while maintaining accurate order data across systems. Assist with Salesforce troubleshooting, reverse logistics exceptions, and operational reporting to identify bottlenecks and improve customer-to-cash workflows. Collaborate with customer service, e-commerce, logistics, IT, master data, and supply chain partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Support daily order management including order entry, monitoring, updates, and routine order issue resolution under the Team Leader’s guidance.
•Assist with accurate and timely processing of customer orders in line with established procedures and service-level expectations.
•Investigate and escalate order exceptions, fulfillment issues, master data discrepancies, and customer inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders.
•Maintain data accuracy across order management systems and support documentation, reporting, and operational tracking.
•Support Salesforce troubleshooting and reverse logistics exception analysis (returns, refusals, credits) while preparing operational reports and trend analyses for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of business processes with a strong interest in learning end-to-end Order Management and Customer to Cash operations.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate Salesforce cases, order exceptions, and reverse logistics issues.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high data accuracy across multiple systems.
•Ability to learn and navigate business applications such as Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP/CRM) while following SOPs and compliance requirements.
