Plan, shoot, and edit engaging social-first video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Lead projects from concept to delivery, translating campaign plans into videos that drive results and meet KPIs. Produce high-quality edits with color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitles, while managing multiple projects, collaborating with Creative/Marketing/Social teams, and using performance data to improve storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts, and bring ideas to life with professional filming techniques.
•Edit and polish videos using color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitles.
•Lead multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines, quality, and brand standards.
•Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social teams to translate campaign plans into video content.
•Use data to improve content performance, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain organized footage and asset archives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 45,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s in Film, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
•2+ years in videography, video editing, or content production.
•Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent software).
•Experience with cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording.
•A strong portfolio or showreel of past work is required.
