Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage 30 to 50 specialists, owning their day-to-day performance, coaching cadence, and operational accountability
•Monitor and analyze signals across the enterprise (OCR trends, content flag patterns, mistake rate drivers) and translate findings into structured feedback for ops and product stakeholders
•Build and reinforce a team culture grounded in proactive issue ownership, with habits around flagging, ticketing, and feedback
•Serve as the primary escalation point for the team, ensuring quality gaps and process failures are documented, routed, and resolved
•Partner with cross-functional teams to close feedback loops on flagged issues and track resolution outcomes with rigor

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment, ideally where product quality and customer experience are tightly linked
•Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, identify trends, and present data-driven insights
•Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with experience in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments and willingness to wear multiple hats
•Systems-thinking approach: identify root causes and fix upstream issues rather than just addressing symptoms
•Credible cross-functional collaborator who can present structured findings and drive resolution across product and client success teams
