Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute the AirCover quality strategy as the single quality leader, aligned to evolving business needs.
  • •Supervise QA assurance execution across AirCover globally (internal and partner sites), ensuring consistent application of quality processes and frameworks.
  • •Conduct root-cause analyses of systemic failures and translate findings into recommendations for products, processes, and policies.
  • •Define sampling, alignment thresholds, root-cause processes, and correction processes for QA evaluators, ensuring formalized coaching and follow-up measurement.
  • •Build and maintain quality reporting and stakeholder escalation frameworks, including automated KPI reporting and AI/analytics to surface insights and trends.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 128,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience in customer support, quality assurance, or operations, with proven experience leading quality programs in administrative support, claims requests, or financial services.
  • •At least 5 years of experience managing quality teams, including direct management of quality analysts or quality managers in a global partner-based support organization.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA or master’s is an advantage).
  • •Deep expertise in quality methodologies (COPC, AQS, Six Sigma, Lean) and proven ability to apply them in complex, high-volume support environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with QA tooling platforms, including form design, calibration management, and automated QA deployment.
