Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or assist high-quality internal audits per VF Global Assurance Standards, primarily covering supply chain operations (with some finance/brand management or IT scope).
  • •Deliver high-impact reviews and insights to executive/senior supply chain management.
  • •Assist in creating timely action plans to remediate internal control deficiencies identified in audit findings.
  • •Produce audit and risk advisory reports in English following VF report preparation standards for clarity and accuracy.
  • •Support risk assessment and audit service plan definition with the Director and Manager, and help recruit and enhance Asian hub supply chain capability.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain areas such as demand forecasting, production planning, sourcing, or Center of Excellence work, or related consulting experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
  • •APICS (Certified Supply Chain Professional or CPIM) and/or Six Sigma certification (plus; Six Sigma expected within two years).
  • •Strong verbal and written English skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong project management and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision.
