Key Responsibilities

•Analyze team data to provide insight for enhancing team structure, optimizing talent flow & supporting organizational planning.
•Oversee HRIS system integrity & implement automated workflows/data management.
•Design compensation/benefits structures, including specialized retirement vehicles (e.g., 401k/RSUs) & flexible benefit plans.
•Guide managers/employees on multiple-state employment laws/regulations while resolving associated issues.
•Identify team performance issues & design/deliver training programs to improve employees’ skills, knowledge & leadership capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

•Excellent ability to manage HRIS systems & design training programs.
•Proficiency in SPSS & advanced Excel.
