•Review site content calendars to ensure details are complete, up-to-date, and communicated to cross-functional stakeholders.
•Develop content plans for consumer shopping, product, brand, digital marketing, and ad hoc corporate needs while balancing priorities.
•Write creative briefs, field questions, provide creative review feedback, and sign off on content request tickets.
•Review copy for accuracy and analyze content performance insights; assist with content goals and test ideas.
•Review second-level and QA testing and assist with signoff for all site content while collaborating to enrich content strategy.

•5–8 years of professional experience in eCommerce, digital content management, site operations, or a related field.
•Experience with enterprise content management systems such as Amplience, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar tools.
•Strong analytical skills using website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and experience with behavioral analytics platforms like Hotjar or Quantum Metrics.
•Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Shopify, or similar ecommerce platforms, plus knowledge of SEO best practices.
