Job Summary

Lead crypto and stablecoin solutioning for key European clients as part of the European Crypto team. Drive end-to-end deal flow, structure and negotiate commercial opportunities, and serve as a subject matter expert for Visa’s crypto capabilities. Partner with product, risk, legal, and finance teams to shape roadmap priorities using client and ecosystem feedback. Manage and scale strategic ecosystem partnerships and enable sales with frameworks, playbooks, and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide solutioning, problem-solving, and sales support for key crypto/stablecoin clients and ecosystem partners as a subject matter expert, including designing end-to-end payment, settlement, and money movement flows.
•Drive end-to-end deal flow from discovery and solution design through client pitch, commercial structuring, and negotiation.
•Partner closely with product organizations to shape roadmap and innovation priorities based on client feedback and market signals.
•Manage and scale strategic ecosystem partnerships across blockchains, stablecoin issuers, orchestration platforms, and DeFi protocols to expand Visa’s solution portfolio.
•Support delivery and implementation coordination post-sales and enable go-to-market execution through solution-led selling frameworks, playbooks, and training.

Key Requirements

•Financial services, crypto, and/or payments industry experience required.
•Strong product acumen and a solutioning mindset.
•Proven record implementing strategic initiatives, policies, and operational decisions.
•Ability to form new partnerships and identify sales opportunities, demonstrating commercial creativity and negotiation skills.
•Strategic thinking with subject matter expertise in crypto, stablecoins, and blockchain technology.
