•Projects & reporting: update and analyze CRM and KPIs to improve impact; collaborate with other sales teams and participate in ongoing projects.
•Autonomous ownership of geographic sector and growth strategy within the CSE market; act as a trusted ambassador for employee benefits.
•Contribute to team growth and CDI opportunities by supporting ongoing initiatives and sharing best practices.
