Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the structural design of projects and mentor the professional development of team members to foster positive client relationships.
  • •Deliver detailed design activities and oversee design work by others while preparing high-quality drawings, calculations, specifications and reports.
  • •Deploy innovative ideas and best practices to deliver value for clients and challenge conventional approaches.
  • •Interface with other project design disciplines and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to coordinate multidisciplinary delivery.
  • •Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing and signing off project deliverables and associated documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree or equivalent qualification in civil and structural engineering;
  • •Membership or working towards membership of a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE, IStructE);

  • •Experience in structural design using appropriate standards and specification;
  • •Ability to lead, mentor and develop team members and communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
