Field Services Technician

Provide onsite field services support for desktop, notebook, and printers, including basic configuration and assisting with simple parts replacement and repairs. Deliver basic client service and ensure tasks are completed per standard procedures, escalating non-routine work to a manager or following specific instructions. The role requires physical ability to perform office-related responsibilities and may involve significant domestic or international overnight travel.
