•Own the analytical function for a business unit end-to-end while sitting on the central BizOps & Analytics team.
•Define the right problems by clarifying business questions and pushing back when they are flawed.
•Design metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to move key team metrics.
•Bring data-driven recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations and drive next steps.
•Drive outcomes through end-to-end execution of insights, surfacing what’s happening and why.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually
