Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the institutional sales team throughout onboarding, trade support, settlement coordination, and exception management.
  • •Coordinate and process account onboarding/maintenance documentation, and verify account and transaction details for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Maintain trusted client relationships and serve as primary point of contact and escalation resource for client servicing issues.
  • •Perform client inquiry support and resolve complex account problems through research, analysis, and issue resolution.
  • •Support liquidity products onboarding and trading, including system demonstrations and trade/settlement processing, and facilitate funds movement requests.

Key Requirements
