  • •Provide leadership and management to ensure proper administrative/reporting procedures, operational controls, and staffing while maintaining policy compliance and efficiency.
  • •Coordinate team duties with other PHI managers, oversee asset management processes, conduct required training, and review staffing assignments.
  • •Conduct monthly team meetings to refresh training, goals, processes, and procedures while recognizing teammate performance.
  • •Work cross-functionally with market teams to generate new revenue growth and client engagement by presenting PHI capabilities and value proposition.
