Job Summary

HR IT Architect with SAP SuccessFactors or OpenText, tasked with shaping and documenting the HR IT landscape for Allianz Technology. You’ll oversee architectural setup using ArchiMate/Arc24, collaborate with HR Platforms Architecture, support EA board alignments to minimize technical debt, and help document end-to-end HR IT processes while exploring cross-application dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the HR Platforms Architecture team to overlook the overall HR IT Landscape.
•Create and maintain repositories documenting the architectural setup of HR IT applications using ArchiMate and/or Arc24.
•Support alignments with Enterprise Architecture Boards to avoid increasing technical debt.
•Support IT risk assessments and compliance review activities.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather change requirements and design scalable, efficient HR IT solutions across SuccessFactors or OpenText.

Key Requirements

•SAP SuccessFactors with 5+ years of experience as SAP SF Architect, including in-depth knowledge of modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Role Based Permissions; OpenText experience is also acceptable.
•Experience with ArchiMate and/or Arc24 for documenting and governing HR IT architectural setups.
•Willingness to explore additional HR IT applications and document their architecture, considering end-to-end HR IT processes and cross-application dependencies.
•Knowledge of integration methodologies and ability to design scalable, cost-effective solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; proven experience in full project lifecycle implementation.
