Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop BIM implementation strategy and lead BIM implementation for complex international data center projects.
  • •Establish and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE) and support efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects.
  • •Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership, ensuring BIM Execution Plan compliance through systematic model checks.
  • •Create and maintain industry framework documents (BEP, MIDP, MPDT, appendices) and monitor model performance against defined KPIs.
  • •Deploy digital collaboration tools and content management practices (smart object content, templates, libraries) and provide technical support, guidance, and training to project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of industry experience in BIM and digital delivery, including a previous formal multi-discipline BIM Manager/Coordinator role on Buildings projects.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 and related BIM standards, with experience managing project information for multi-disciplinary Buildings projects across geographically dispersed teams.
  • •Experience delivering BIM data from Buildings design using Revit and/or Civil 3D, and administering a Common Data Environment such as ACC.
  • •Experience with multi-discipline coordination including clash detection and issue management; advanced user of Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, and ACC Model Coordination.
  • •Fluent in English (oral and written) and able to collaborate, mentor, and communicate effectively with global teams.
