Lead workplace, office relocation, fit-out, and renovation projects end-to-end, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management from planning through handover. Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact with regular updates, reports, and recommendations, while coordinating architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and managing procurement support and contract administration. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and governance requirements and maintain project documentation and meeting records.
