Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the product vision and roadmap for the Journey Monitoring hub, including journey maps, details reports, automatically inferred journeys, and cross-product data federation.
  • •Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch with a cross-functional team across DEM products.
  • •Design the functional observability layer for intuitive end-to-end flow monitoring, including auto-discovery of user journeys and integrations with Bits AI.
  • •Define how behavioral data and technical data combine to identify whether conversion drops stem from technical failures (e.g., breached SLOs) or behavioral friction.
  • •Engage with early customers and internal users to iterate on usability and optimize cross-sell and up-sell paths; also research competitors and define GTM positioning.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, including time on data-intensive/analytics or digital experience monitoring products.
  • •Domain knowledge of Real User Monitoring (RUM), synthetics, product analytics, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) to connect technical metrics to business outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical skills including writing SQL, interpreting complex data, and using insights to drive product decisions.
  • •Experience with AI-powered products, including integrating AI workflows like root-cause analysis to simplify cross-team triage.
