Harbor Plaza Assistant Store Manager-1

Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and operational excellence in a luxury retail setting. Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues, and act as a brand ambassador. Support forecasting, planning, KPI management, and omni-channel/clienteling initiatives. Recruit, onboard, and coach the team while ensuring compliance, loss prevention, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, and visual merchandising standards.
