Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate tooling solutions across Teamsport projects, defining technical priorities and ensuring feasibility in collaboration with Development and Design teams
  • •Drive optimization of processes, workflows, and tooling standards across categories and supplier base
  • •Coach and mentor engineers on tooling methods, CAD/blueprint quality, problem-solving and best practices
  • •Lead advanced root cause analyses and implement preventive solutions for future tooling cycles
  • •Represent tooling in planning rounds, cross-category reviews, and early design feasibility discussions
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering, Footwear Technology, or related field
  • •Extensive experience in footwear product engineering, especially in tooling and bottom unit development
  • •Strong expertise in materials, compounds, injection tooling, and manufacturing processes
  • •Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and drive innovation
  • •Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset
