•Lead and coordinate tooling solutions across Teamsport projects, defining technical priorities and ensuring feasibility in collaboration with Development and Design teams
•Drive optimization of processes, workflows, and tooling standards across categories and supplier base
•Coach and mentor engineers on tooling methods, CAD/blueprint quality, problem-solving and best practices
•Lead advanced root cause analyses and implement preventive solutions for future tooling cycles
•Represent tooling in planning rounds, cross-category reviews, and early design feasibility discussions

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•University degree in Engineering, Footwear Technology, or related field
•Extensive experience in footwear product engineering, especially in tooling and bottom unit development
•Strong expertise in materials, compounds, injection tooling, and manufacturing processes
•Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and drive innovation
•Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset
