Job Summary

We are seeking Geotechnical Engineers/Geologists of all levels to join AECOM's Ground Engineering teams across the UK. You’ll deliver ground engineering projects from concept through operation for sectors including Energy, Rail, Highways, Water, and Defence, lead teams, and contribute innovative, sustainable solutions while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Location: Leeds

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver ground engineering projects in the UK, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
•Lead and inspire teams to achieve project goals across sectors including Energy, Rail, Highways, and Water.
•Develop projects from concept through to operation, providing engineering and construction insights.
•Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver analytical and strategic project outcomes.
•Embrace new tools, technologies, and ways of thinking to push the field forward.

•Degree (BSc or MSc) in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field.

•Proven leadership experience in similar roles, appropriate to your level, with an ability to inspire and lead teams.
•Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
