Key Responsibilities

  • •Support general management in planning and coordinating internal governance cadence aligned with the 4-year strategic plan.
  • •Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify high-potential expansion areas and structure new service offerings.
  • •Gather and model data to guide executive decision-making on growth levers, new ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • •Coordinate with group teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, M&A) across regions to align on existing and new business development initiatives.
  • •Lead strategic workshops and brainstorming sessions with general management to develop new strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •MSc in Business, Economics or Engineering.
  • •2+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance or M&A.
  • •Good business acumen and experience serving multiple stakeholders.
  • •Experience in change management with excellent communication skills.
  • •Quantitative/modeling skills for data analysis and forecasting.
