Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze sales trends and historical data to generate accurate demand forecasts.
  • •Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics to align the demand plan with organizational objectives.
  • •Develop and update production and supply plans based on forecast and market conditions.
  • •Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and product coverage to optimize stock positioning.
  • •Identify deviations between forecasted and actual demand, proposing corrective actions and process improvements.

  • •Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Logística, Cadena de Suministro o carreras afines.
  • •Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en planeación de demanda, producción o supply chain.
  • •Experiencia en industria química, construcción o manufactura (altamente deseable).
  • •Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • •Experiencia en ERP o sistemas de planificación (SAP, Oracle u otros).
