Job Summary

Process and enter multi-BU customer orders in the ERP system with speed and high data accuracy. Triage trade compliance issues, generate order acknowledgements, and expedite factories to ensure on-time, complete delivery. Keep European Sales Offices and internal stakeholders informed with accurate status updates, manage order follow-ups and the shared inbox, and coordinate across Finance, Trade Compliance, and Order Management to resolve order-blocking issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Enter and process multi-BU customer orders in the ERP system with timely, accurate data.
•Check trade compliance issues and generate order acknowledgements.
•Expedite factories and follow up to ensure items are produced, shipped, and delivered on time and complete.
•Provide constant order status updates to European Sales Offices and respond accurately to order queries.
•Maintain business systems and manage the common mailbox; collaborate with Finance, Trade Compliance, and Order Management to resolve order-blocking issues.

Key Requirements

•Minimum experience in a similar role such as sales support, order entry, or administrative work.
•Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP is an advantage).
•Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work both in a team and independently.
