Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and delivery of Sutherland enterprise BI projects.
  • •Manage a team and define enterprise BI strategy.
  • •Ensure high-quality dashboards, data models, and reporting for business decision-making.
  • •Oversee data warehousing and ETL processes, including data governance and security practices.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and use enterprise reporting tools such as Azure Data Factory and Google Looker.

Key Requirements

  • •MCA or M.Sc. (or equivalent) in IT or a related field.
  • •10 to 12+ years of experience in BI/analytics.
  • •Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service), including DAX and Power Query.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, plus strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data governance/security.
  • •Experience with Azure/Microsoft Fabric; knowledge of tools like Azure Data Factory and Google Looker is a plus.
