Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide sales support to PRMs, mainly focused on getting appointments and supporting client servicing.
  • •Reduce PRM time spent on process and administrative tasks to increase PRM capacity.
  • •Support PRMs with client contact and service; in PRM absence, answer calls, resolve transactional enquiries, and facilitate hand-offs to the correct channels.
  • •Prepare and complete sales documents, manage data input and report generation, and liaise with support functions to follow through client purchase process requirements.
  • •Ensure accurate processes and procedures in line with HSBC policy and regulatory requirements, and achieve operational standards with integrity.
