Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Build the endpoint strategy for the organization’s computing environment based on DIA CIO roadmaps
•Maintain DISA-approved WIM and Secure Host Baseline (SHB) including testing and enclave transfers
•Download, package, and deploy Windows and Office Security Updates
•Develop, implement, and document formal configuration guides as needed
•Develop, test, deploy, and maintain Group Policy Objects in Microsoft Active Directory for end-user devices implementing STIG and other controls
•Develop, test, and deploy desktop images including applications and GPO updates
•Deploy and update approved packaged applications using PSADT
•Develop technical support documentation for IT equipment and systems as required

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain/maintain polygraph
•DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements (Security CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security)
•Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
•Detailed knowledge of end user computing environments (Windows 10/11, Mac OSX, Active Directory, group policy, SCCM)
•Experience deploying/configuring/managing enterprise Windows 10/11 solutions
•Experience with Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripting
•Familiarity with VMware ESXi/VSphere and VDI architectures
•Citrix or VMware VDI familiarity
