Senior Manager, Process Engineering (M5)

Lead process engineering for etch, patterning, or related technology areas, managing teams of process engineers and driving multiple projects in parallel. Own strategies for characterizing hardware and developing new processes, optimizing resources, and communicating direction across the organization. Partner with key customers to resolve highly complex process issues, manage experimental tests, and ensure effective product/technology demonstrations while improving high-value problems and market share.
