Key Responsibilities

  • •Accept and accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Provide customized financial wellness recommendations by listening for needs during client conversations and transitioning clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues as a resource to improve the overall client experience.
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and support branch performance through prioritized high-impact activities.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance a cash drawer within guidelines, and occasionally facilitate branch morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (e.g., tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Experience handling cash.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
