Job Summary

Ensure site compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations by leading EHS systems, audits, training, and incident investigations. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, including maintaining EHS systems and serving as the site liaison to corporate EHS.
•Lead EHS training and audits, ensure Company safety procedures are followed, and act as a role model for safe work behaviors.
•Coordinate incident/accident investigations using root cause analysis and train management on proper documentation.
•Serve as primary contact for OSHA inspections and ensure OSHA record-keeping and reporting requirements are met.
•Oversee Workers’ Compensation case management and administer site Emergency Action Plan (EAP), including training site-level personnel.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–7 years of directly related experience in the EH&S field (or related area).
•Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a 4-year degree in safety, environmental health, industrial hygiene, or safety engineering (or comparable combination of education and experience).
•Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
•CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) or comparable certification desirable (or ability to obtain).
•Ability to maintain accurate EHS records and ensure OSHA record-keeping and reporting requirements are met.
