•Drive sustained annual growth through targeted market strategies, key client engagement, and leadership of priority pursuits.
•Work with global business lines, regional leadership, and market sector leaders to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
•Identify high-risk areas and proactively take action to improve program outcomes.
•Contribute to global learning and people development for program, project, and construction management, including talent gaps and resourcing plans.
•Lead and support attraction and retention of talent, and be accountable for overall financial success and delivery of program management services in the region.

Salary: USD 275,000 - 300,000 annually

•BA/BS plus 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of leadership, or demonstrated equivalency.

•Experience leading or supporting pursuits, contract negotiations, and service initiation for program, project, and construction management awards.
•Experience sustaining services as a trusted client account lead.
