Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and action the company’s social responsibility plan and strategy, including proposing new CSR programs and initiatives.
  • •Evaluate CSR initiatives against industry standards, analyze outcomes, and develop action plans to maintain a best-in-class CSR program.
  • •Support CSR budgeting by developing and recommending the CSR budget as needed.
  • •Ensure annual CSR compliance and reporting to stakeholders regularly, including researching best practices.
  • •Plan, promote, and organize CSR/volunteer engagement events; manage partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups, and coordinate volunteers, community partners, interns, and external vendors when applicable.
