Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery of materials for assigned suppliers, monitor the production plan, and coordinate logistics until receiving into company systems.
  • •Partner with Material Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement process teams to ensure material availability.
  • •Work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and documentation associated with the supplied materials.
  • •Provide regular feedback on supplier performance and collaborate with Platform/Operating Units to refine supplier strategy for the Gas Turbine Flow business.
  • •Support supplier surveillance and on-time issue resolution; collaborate with Quality and logistics, and support vendor recovery negotiations and account payable invoice issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics) or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial, with preferred knowledge of oil and gas products.
  • •Marked leadership skills to drive execution, influence internal stakeholders, and guide peers’ growth.
  • •Ability to adapt quickly, handle multiple priorities, and solve complex problems in a complex environment.
  • •Fluency in Italian and English, EU passport, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
