Key Responsibilities

  • •Define opportunities and direction for products in Germany and collaborate across global and regional teams to deliver the best solution.
  • •Work with Product teams to develop the vision and build better hyper-localised products and experiences for German customers.
  • •Identify and execute market expansion, including managing licensing and registrations required to offer more products and services in Germany.
  • •Lead and support the day-to-day authorisation and compliance requirements in Germany, coordinating across Product and Compliance perspectives.
  • •Lead the German branch and operations, manage regulator and strategic stakeholder relationships, and represent Wise in committees and Board meetings.

Salary: EUR 124,000 - 160,000 annually
