Senior Professional Nurse Medical ward

Support the Unit Manager to ensure safe, positive patient experiences by mitigating clinical risks and coordinating care delivery. Provide direct patient care on the medical ward and deliver mentorship to new and student nurses. Own key quality and patient-care activities, help manage staffing resources, strengthen team competence through ongoing assessment and development, and assist with operational expense management including stock and capital.
