Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support operational transformation initiatives across the plant.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities and establish performance targets.
  • •Implement and sustain the Amcor Manufacturing System (AMS).
  • •Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies and monitor manufacturing KPIs (OEE, quality, waste, on-time delivery).
  • •Engage, coach, and develop teams; collaborate with regional and global teams; deliver training and capability-building programs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, or similar roles in manufacturing environments.
  • •Proven experience implementing operational excellence systems within manufacturing environments.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale transformation and change initiatives.
  • •Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
