Job Summary

Help lead store operations to achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering an elevated, sustainability-focused client experience. Monitor sales performance, coach the sales floor, manage scheduling to balance sales and service, and support extraordinary NPS results. •Uphold inventory accuracy and loss prevention controls, and assist with operational execution to achieve revenue targets.
•Assist in hiring, training, and developing the retail team, and maintain facility, merchandising, and presentation standards using retail and product reporting.
