Senior Civil Design and Program Manager

Lead complex municipal water and stormwater design programs from planning through permitting and construction, including alternative delivery projects. Interface with clients and regulatory agencies, oversee engineering deliverables, reports, and proposals, and provide construction administration support. Manage and coordinate multi-discipline civil teams locally and remotely, mentor engineers and designers, conduct field inspections, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and design regulations across the Northeast US.
