Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in testing patient samples according to standard operating procedures and meet applicable performance metrics.
  • •Maintain updated knowledge of the methods performed in the lab and provide guidance to new team members.
  • •Follow GLP by keeping a clean and organized workspace and completing training and deadlines on time.
  • •Recognize, document, and escalate protocol deviations, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and common processing errors per SOPs.
