Key Responsibilities

  • •Set department objectives, policies, processes, and budgets in consultation with management, ensuring the organization meets targets through defined roles and responsibilities.
  • •Develop innovation solutions across G&B categories, introducing new technologies and ensuring adequate resources and tools, while owning technology and architecture.
  • •Lead product concept generation and demonstrate technical feasibility; perform architecture development including requirements management, documentation, and modeling/test setup definition and realization.
  • •Provide technical leadership to product development teams and develop reusable platform architectures for G&B products.
  • •Conduct competitor benchmarking, scout new components/technologies/suppliers, manage suppliers to develop new products, and support marketing claim development with technical foundations including IP generation and filing.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or above) in Engineering or Physics.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in technical product development.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in technical team management.
  • •Excellent communication skills at all levels (fluent in English).
  • •Excellent modeling experience (Mechanical/Electrical CAD, mechanisms, FEA, fluid mechanics, thermal, or other) and experience with Design for Six Sigma.
