Job Summary

Lead innovation and technical architecture within the PIC FEI team, shaping product concepts from feasibility through definition, realization, and aftercare. Drive requirements management, technical documentation, and modeling/test setup execution for consumer life products. Provide technical leadership to product development teams, build reusable platform architectures, perform competitor benchmarking, and manage suppliers to deliver new technologies and components.

Key Responsibilities

•Set department objectives, policies, processes, and budgets in consultation with management, ensuring the organization meets targets through defined roles and responsibilities.
•Develop innovation solutions across G&B categories, introducing new technologies and ensuring adequate resources and tools, while owning technology and architecture.
•Lead product concept generation and demonstrate technical feasibility; perform architecture development including requirements management, documentation, and modeling/test setup definition and realization.
•Provide technical leadership to product development teams and develop reusable platform architectures for G&B products.
•Conduct competitor benchmarking, scout new components/technologies/suppliers, manage suppliers to develop new products, and support marketing claim development with technical foundations including IP generation and filing.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or above) in Engineering or Physics.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in technical product development.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in technical team management.
•Excellent communication skills at all levels (fluent in English).
•Excellent modeling experience (Mechanical/Electrical CAD, mechanisms, FEA, fluid mechanics, thermal, or other) and experience with Design for Six Sigma.
