Lead a cross-functional Data Solutions team delivering predictive analytics and data products for Data 360. Key Responsibilities

•Lead a high-performing team of analysts, data engineers, and visualization engineers to deliver data-driven insights for Data 360.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, apply statistical methods, and deliver descriptive and prescriptive analytics with business context.
•Develop and manage relationships with key partners across the company to coordinate work and advance data initiatives.
•Inform and drive the Data 360 product analytics roadmap, including data products, dashboards, and related analyses.
•Define and prioritize the team's roadmap, solving ambiguous problems and driving adoption and consumption metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,500 - 260,100 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of demonstrated experience as a data science or analytics professional, with a proven track record of delivering impact through modeling and/or analytics.
•MBA or Master’s in Technology (computer science, computer engineering, economics, applied math, statistics, engineering, or other quantitative field).
•Proven experience working directly with senior executive leadership, and delivering enterprise-scale predictive modeling initiatives and applications.
•Expert communicator in written and verbal form; ability to work well with executives, and technologists, and able to lead and influence across all levels of the organization.
•Adept proficiency in Python or R (PyData stack) and Mastery of SQL for complex data extraction and optimization in cloud data warehouses.
