Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide practical, timely legal advice on employment and privacy issues, including terminations, complaints, and tailoring work schedules to meet business needs.
  • •Advise on privacy-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • •Draft and review employment/privacy documentation, such as contracts, policies and notices; conduct contract negotiations.
  • •Conduct in-depth legal research on employment, privacy, and AI topics, referencing case law and regulatory updates.
  • •Collaborate with external advisors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and resolve legal issues; develop templates, processes, and policies for the Legal Team.

Key Requirements

  • •Master of Law degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Malta or the UK.
  • •At least 2 years as a practicing lawyer with a strong focus on employment and privacy law.

  • •Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
